Feed Updates

I spent the last day and a half cranking out the changes to the Beatport Feeds that I promised myself I would get done before 2006:

• Description now has more complete info about the release. Remixers, publish date, all artists.
• New style for description page, which works partially if your RSS reader supports content:encoded (most readers) and completely if it supports stylesheets in content:encoded (very few readers). For the full effect, use NetVibes.
• Miscellaneous cleaning.

RSS Feed Problems

RSS feeds have been down for the past, I dunno, 3 days? I usually monitor it pretty closely, but I’ve been busy moving to the Bay Area and haven’t had internet access. Its kind of funny that the feeds are solid as a rock until I stop checking up on it. The best laid plans of mice and men? Or maybe when the cat’s away the mice will play? Something to do with mice. Its fixed now though.
